I R A Poet

For the first time ever, I'm having some of my poetry published*, and I'm even getting paid for it. My poem, along with the work of awesome writers such as sistercoyote and ljgeoff, will appear in the premiere issue of 42 Magazine.

This is happening because serenejournal said yes, and put in a lot of hard work. She is good at that. I'm happy she's my friend.

*No, really. My poetry got rejected from the high school literary magazine. FWIW, I do think my poetry writing skills have improved a bit since then.

Oh yea! I didn't know. I love your poetry. I still think of the imagery of that one, though I don't remember the words - dinosaurs and shale.
