It says you have some idea of why I posted about the book. (I don't know Mike Allen's race, though.)

I have no idea about Mike Allen's race either, which is part of why it amuses me how my brain went "interchangeable white guy".

On the assumption that this is him (namely editor of "Clockwork Phoenix, tales of beauty and strangeness"), he looks like a white guy to me.
