Once was funny, but ten times a day is fucked up.
I'm getting so much comment spam on Livejournal that I need to entirely turn off comments for people not on my friends list there.
If you aren't on my LJ friends list and you want to comment, your options are:
--Add me to your friends list; I will reciprocate if you appear to have a legitimate interest in my journal.
--Comment on Dreamwidth. On Dreamwidth I allow comments from any registered user, although I screen comments from people not on my access list. You can comment on my DW journal using OpenID or you can get a free account (http://www.dreamwidth.org/).

Date: 10 Nov 2012 11:08 pm (UTC)Sigh. Spammers. I used to hunt them down and write the ISP of any URL they linked to and attempt to let any open email relays know that they were supporting spam.
Grumble. Get offa my lawn!
