There are not enough palms and faces in the world

Most news headlines are nothing but useless fluff or fearmongering, but sometimes I think I should look at news headlines rather than getting all my news from Facebook. Lately when I feel this way I have been going to http://cnnmobile.com/primary/worldnews.

Today this appears as one of THREE HEADLINES in the "Middle East" section:

"Obese Saudi Arabian man sheds more than 300 pounds"

I fucking give up. HOW IS THAT WORLD NEWS?!?!?!
