How does one pronounce said ligature?

Dr. Whom, Consulting Linguist, Grammarian, Orthoëpist, and Philological Busybody, replies:

/ˈwʌtðəˈfʌk/. That is, pronounce the ligature as the expansion of the initialism that it represents: "What the fuck".
