No, it isn't a variation on "No Drama". Actually, it's from this quote:
The dharma of the dharma is that there are no dharmas. But now that the no-dharma doctrine has been revealed, how can the dharma of the dharma be a dharma?
(dharma=law or doctrine)

Don't ask me why I love that quote so much, because I'm not usually a "no rules" kind of person or anything...
