rjmwell's journal. But I would consider these reminders rather than rules.
1. Don't do rules.
2. There's more than one kind of intelligence.
3. No armchair psychoanalyzing.
4. Don't forget your orgasms.
5. This too shall pass.
6. Conformity is overrated. Nonconformity is even more overrated.
7. There's more than one way to look at it, and the views are worth it.
8. Say no and mean it. Say yes and mean it.
9. Do what you love.
10. You never really know what you're going to do next.

but then i got to thinking that i probably have a few more guidelines than that, when i am not feeling snarky at the damn prescriptiveness i feel from a lot of people. i might take up your "lines in the sand" instead, and make it an ongoing thing (which is basically is, but i don't usually write about it anywhere, except when individual items come up in alt.poly.
