Missing the plus-one or like feature of certain other social media sites?

kate_nepveu has some tips for people coming to DW from G+ here.

This code (swiped from kate_nepveu) adds a plus-one feature to your post:

This. Plus, I often want to communicate "I read this," but some people (including me) hope to find useful content in the comments to a post, and if lots of posts have a bunch of "I read this" comments, that would be frustrating.
