Indulging my collecting urge

I don't write in paper journals at the moment, but that doesn't stop me from collecting paper journals. Until recently I'd limited my collecting to a quarterly Field Notes subscription. But I've also been lusting over Paperblanks journals (as I wrote about here) and when they recently had a "these editions are going away soon" sale, I succumbed.

OMG they are even more beautiful than the product photos and descriptions make them look. The covers have wonderful texture. The hardcover journal covers have shiny highlights, an elastic band, and a back pocket. The Quadro has a magnetic closure. I took some photos...my photography skills are rusty. All of the editions are still available and on sale.

The whale one was why I made the order. I visited it several times since first seeing it, and I couldn't bear thinking I soon wouldn't see it again on their web site.

Why resist? You actually use your journals!

Ha! I was about to mention in the original comment that I decided to keep using the same journal for 2023 because I have just enough pages left for another year of bullet journaling if I am very frugal with my pages. But now you are tempting me to get a new one...
