Expect Delays University Ave.
1 Sep 2003 12:35 pmYesterday, I was driving along Hwy 101 with my sweetie
kyubi (we'd been to see the USDAA dog agility show).
It was a gorgeous not-too-hot sunny day, and there was a sign on 101 that said "Expect Delays University Ave."
Sure enough, there was a huge line of cars sitting on the University Ave. exit from 101 and extending into a shopping center with a huge four story parking garage...
...belonging to the new Ikea that opened up last weekend.
Of all the things to do mid-afternoon on a beautiful weekend.
