This is a cat I photographed at Peninsula Humane Society. He is called Wayne. Doesn't he have loads of personality?

Why's he shaved on the neck? His face is shorter than most tuxedo cats, he must have had a parent who was a speciality breed.

He's shaved because he had an infection, probably from an old bite wound.
