Rhodiola rosea?

The OH found an article in Science News about this Russian herb that acts as an antidepressant and general stress reliever. We are not generally big fans of medicinal dietary supplements (although I have used Coffea arabica as an antidepressant and stimulant for decades :-) ) but he seems particularly intrigued by this. Do you have any experience with it?

I haven't used a particular brand, but have only picked it up where ever I am when I happen to need some. I have not noticed a difference in brands, for what it's worth.
