loose-leaf tea

I recently bought myself a little Japanese cast-iron teapot (tetsubin) with a mesh strainer. I want to brew loose-leaf tea in it. Do you know a source for good loose-leaf tea on the web? What brands do you especially like?

I especially like strong black tea that can stand up to milk, and toasted rice tea.

I buy from Upton Tea, too, but I mostly buy Darjeeling. I can't imagine putting milk in tea!
