I sometimes do this sort of gender expression when I dress up, and I like this name for it:

"additive gender"

Many years ago, the New York Central railroad put its female conductors into form-fitting male attire, complete with vests and ties. The first one I saw was of particularly female contours, and I thought, "Oh good! I have a fetish."
