It's good to see stuff like this coming out of the field of psychology.

Nice study. I, too, am glad to see stuff like this coming out of psychology. I wasn't aware of the term "Racial Microaggressions" but I instinctively understand it. A similar thing happens in conversations (mostly, but not solely, with white men) about language, specifically about what is derisively termed "politically correct" language. Doesn't matter whether it's racial or gender or age or ability that is the "neutral" I would like to see.
